RiverHouse & Amenity Center
Construction is now complete on the RiverHouse and Amenity Center ! Located in the heart of the community, this hub of activity includes a junior-size Olympic lap pool and kid-friendly zero-entry pool with cork-screw slide. There is also three, HarTru lighted tennis courts and play fields. The RiverHouse is more than 3,500 square feet and features riverview terraces, a meeting room and an outdoor palm court with a cabana. The Fitness Center includes individual and group fitness areas, pool access, poolside veranda, and a social director's office.
Riverfront Park
Riverfront Park is one of the signature elements of RiverTown that highlights the community's connection to nature and the river. Located along approximately one mile of the St. Johns River, the park encompasses nearly 58 acres of natural areas and canopy trees, a fishing pier, waterfront overlook areas and a restroom pavilion.
RiverTown Fields
RiverTown Fields consists of four beautifully-maintained baseball fields each offering batting cages and bull pens for training and teaching fundamentals of baseball. These fields are the hub of activity for baseball lovers of all ages!
Parks
Offering connections and opportunities to enjoy the outdoors and surrounding natural beauty are a priority so the community is planning to include a variety of neighborhood parks. You'll never be too far to enjoy an outing with family and friends.
Trails
RiverTown has been planned to be a walking community. Miles of trails are planned to meander through the community to connect the neighborhoods and amenities.
